swedish taste was founded at the turn of the century and is owned and run by Magnus Lindström, Chef of the Year 2003 and a member of the Swedish Culinary Team. Everyone who works at swedish taste has a common mission: to offer "Innovative experiences within food and beverages". References, in selection from Magnus Lindström and team are to be found here. 
Through regular research and visits to new food and beverage cultures around the world we acquire knowledge and inspiration for a whole range of innovative experiences, which we then share with others. We see the whole world as our market although our focal point is what takes place at the culinary centre within the restaurant, studio, shop, conference rooms and wine cellar in the heart of Gothenburg.
The food we serve at Swedish taste is fresh with distinctive flavors with a fun and playful attitude around each course. You can order from our À la carte menu or try one of our many tasting menus which together with carefully selected wines which will provide an altogether extraordinary experience. If you desire a dinner or meeting in private, ask for our “chambre separées”, we have several private dining rooms for up to 55 persons.
