swedish taste was founded at the
turn of the century and is owned and run by Magnus Lindström,
Chef of the Year 2003 and a member of the Swedish Culinary Team. Everyone who works at swedish taste has a common mission:
to offer "Innovative experiences within food and beverages".
Through regular visits to new food and beverage cultures
around the world we acquire knowledge and inspiration for a whole
range of innovative experiences, which we then share with others.
We see the whole world as our market although the focal point is
what takes place at our culinary centre with restaurant, studio,
shop, and wine cellar in the heart of Gothenburg.
We have had the pleasure of providing experiences
within food and beverages to hundreds of companies and groups throughout
the world, both large and small. The following are just some of
the many assignments we have undertaken.
The Nobel Dinner in 2003 and 2004.
Dinner arrangements for the Swedish Embassies in New
Delhi, London and Helsinki.
'Experience trips' within food and beverages, with
assignments in Finland, Germany, France, Luxembourg, the UK, Australia,
Japan, India, South Africa and the USA.
Gothenburg Opera House, 50th birthday party with 600
guests.
An 'experience dinner' in Stockholm, the largest dinner
ever given in the Nordic region in modern times.
Umeå University, ongoing teaching at the Umeå
University School of Restaurant and Culinary Arts
Olympic gold 2000 and 2004 in culinary art (the Swedish
Culinary Team)
Responsibility for all official ministerial dinners
during the period Sweden held the chairmanship of the EU
in 14 different cities
Midsummer dinner at the European Parliament in Brussels
